We Woods Farm house in Gurgaon, Manesar was built as a private estate for families and groups. That is exactly why it works as a location. Two separate villas, eight rooms, a chemical-free infinity pool, open lawns and a working organic farm — all behind one gate, with the whole property exclusively yours for the duration of the shoot.
No other guests. No shared access. No public walking through frame.

A chemical-free infinity pool with open sky behind it and a separate shallow kids pool. Clean water, no chlorine haze, and usable light through most of the day. Works for swimwear, resort wear, lifestyle and beverage.
Two Private Villas
Two architecturally separate villas give you two entirely different interior palettes on the same property. Living areas, verandahs, staircases and eight bedrooms, each finished differently.
Open Lawns & Farm
Large unbroken lawns for wide setups, plus a genuine working organic farm with crop beds and farm paths. Real green, not a manicured hotel garden.
A Working Farm Kitchen

WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY
Monday to Friday, the farm is yours alone.
Production runs on weekdays. So does our best availability.
From Monday to Friday there is no guest turnover, no check-in at three, and no checkout at eleven to work around. The gate is yours from call time to wrap, the pool is undisturbed, and the property is quiet enough to record clean sound.
Weekend dates are possible, but weekday bookings get the run of the place and the easiest scheduling. Tell us your shoot dates and we will confirm availability the same day.
PRODUCTION QUESTIONS
What crews ask before they book.
Is there reliable power for lights and HMIs?
Yes. The property runs on 24-hour generator backup. Lighting, monitors, charging and grip power stay up through the full shift regardless of the grid.
Where does the vanity van stand?
There is a dedicated standing area for the vanity van, with separate space for unit vehicles, production cars and crew parking. Nothing has to be shuffled between setups.
What is available for talent and hair and make-up?
Superior rooms with attached bathrooms are set aside for artists, and dedicated changing rooms are available for costume. Hair and make-up can run in parallel with the floor.
Can you feed the unit?
Yes. Our farm kitchen caters crew lunch on the property for the full unit. Share your headcount and any dietary requirements when you confirm the date and we will plan the meal around your break.
Can we play music or record live sound?
Yes. Music and sound restrictions have been lifted for production bookings. The property is set well back from the road, so ambient noise is low and clean sound is achievable.
How many setups can we realistically cover in a day?
Most units cover six to ten distinct looks in a single shift without a company move — pool, lawns, farm, driveway, two villa interiors and the kitchen are all within a short walk of each other.
Can we dress the space or bring our own set?
Yes, within reason. Furniture can be moved, rooms can be dressed, and set pieces can be brought in. Anything that involves drilling, painting or permanent change needs to be discussed and agreed in advance.
Can the crew stay overnight?
Yes. With eight rooms across two villas, multi-day shoots can keep the unit on site instead of commuting from Delhi or Gurgaon each morning. Mention it when enquiring so we can hold consecutive dates.
Can we use drones?
Drone work is generally possible on the property. Airspace near Manesar can carry restrictions, so confirm your intended drone usage with us in advance and carry your own permissions.
How do we recce the location?

How far is it from Delhi and Gurgaon?
Approximately 45 minutes from central Delhi via NH48, 30 minutes from Gurgaon and Cyber City, and 35 minutes from IGI Airport. Take the Manesar exit on NH48.
