A 3-day wedding at We Woods Farm.

This is how most families structure a complete wedding stay with us — though every family does it differently.

Day 1 — Arrival & Roka / Mehandi
\n
Guests arrive from 3 PM. Settle into rooms across both villas. Evening Roka or Mehandi ceremony on the farm lawn — decorated by your team. our farm kitchen serves dinner that evening. Bonfire on the lawn after.

Day 2 — Haldi & Sangeet
\n
Morning Haldi ceremony on the open lawn. Post-Haldi dip in the chemical-free infinity pool. Afternoon rest and farm walks. Evening Sangeet under the stars — music, dancing, karaoke. Farm dinner. The night is yours.

Day 3 — Reception
\n
Morning relaxed breakfast. Afternoon preparations. Evening Reception ceremony on the farm — beautifully lit, intimate, exactly as you imagined. a celebration dinner from our farm kitchen to close the night.

Can we host all pre-wedding functions at We Woods Farm?
\n
Yes. Most families spread functions across 2–3 days: Roka and Mehandi on Day 1, Haldi and Sangeet on Day 2, and Reception on Day 3. The farm is exclusively yours for the entire duration.

We have 32–35 guests. Can you accommodate?
\n
Our maximum capacity is 30 guests across 8 rooms. For groups slightly above this, please WhatsApp us at 9953111000 to discuss — we can sometimes make special arrangements for wedding stays.

Can we bring our own wedding decorator?
\n
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own decorator, florist, or event manager. Please ensure all décor is removed at checkout and no permanent fixtures or nails are used on walls.

Is food included or charged separately?
\n
Food is charged per person based on our meal packages. our kitchen team handles all meals for your guests during the stay — breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. Outside catering is not permitted.

Is this suitable as a budget wedding option?
