Farm Rules
We Woods Farm is a private owned non commercial farm and listed here for guests to use it like there own home, we build this farm to grow Microgreens, fruits and veggies, grow own herbs and provide kids with chemical free swimming pool & keep pets & birds.
Food : Our team makes all food fresh, and hot, they do not pre-cook rice, gravy, daal, Veggie or salad, do not cut morning and serve at night, but prepare it all fresh, hence like home, allow them time to serve you Satvik food.
Staff : Our staff, is home like staff like Cook & caretaker is 30 yr owner’s cook like wise Cleaner /Maali, was born at farm only and now grown to serve at farm, hence Please expect home like behaviour & services, and treat them like family staff, Cooperate & give time to serve.

- Checkin time : 3.00 Pm & Check Out Time : 11.00 AM
- Yes, we have microwave, Iron press, press table, cutlery sets, water glass, RO water, fridge & ice box at property.
- Yes We have 70 inch TV, music system , karaoke mic & projector screen , bonfire & free Wifi at property.
- Yes, We have Ludo, table tennis , Badminton , cricket and few other games, at property, no need to carry rackets & balls.
- We provide Bath towels & Dove Liquid soap in Soap Dispenser, Advisable to carry Pool costumes & Pool Towels and we do not provide dental & shaving kits.
- Yes, Pet allowed in property, but not allowed on beds, furniture and inside swimming pool.
- Yes, we have Kids pool & Private swimming pools for adults.
- Yes, can bring own alcohol, tonic water, drinks, coke and all add-ons just for Ice - caretake can arrange on paid basis, plz inform in advance.
- Drivers & helper sleeping arrangements available & driver food additional chargeable.
- We serve all meals in buffet style, Kitchen staff will retire at 11.00 pm, and yes for kids, milk and kids needs, staff available 24 hours & medical kit available.

Foods & Other Prices
* Rs 5,000, to block the dates, 50 % - 14 days prior to booking and rest full payment at time of checkin.
* Lunch Rs 450 PP, BBQ Snacks Rs 500 PP, Dinner Rs 600 PP, Break Fast Rs 350 PP (PP = per person)
* Combo All Meals Veg @ 1,500 PP, Non Veg @ 1,800 PP (one rate will apply)
* Extra Night Stay Guests chargeable @ Rs 1000 per person
* Only Visiting guest Rs 500 per head (2 pm to 9 pm like birthday, wedding or events)
* Bonfire Charges : 500/ per hrs,
* Driver or house help stay charges Rs 500 & Food charges Rs 500 for 2 meals
* 1 pet complimentary & above one @ Rs 500 & pets not allowed inside pool, beds and furnitures.
* Rs 5,000 late check out charges will be levied In case of Late check-out beyond 11.30 am.
* Rs 10,000 - Pool Cleaning fees to be paid in case any glass or bottle is broken inside pool by the guests.
* Ice packets chargeable on actual cost , reimburse at the property.
Booking and Policy
* Check in time is 3.00 pm and checkout time is 11.00 am. The checkout time can not be extended
* Guests are requested to make full payment at the time on checkin.
* All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival or do Prior Check in by Clicking Here or this Link - https://forms.gle/cvV6TCXtSx29Sp1BA
* We Woods Farm is a private owned non commercial farm, and no invoice will be issued & in case invoice is required GST will be chargeable extra.
* Post 10 pm no loud noise or shouting in open areas, Soft Music can be played inside cottages. Wifi is free for all.
* All Male groups bookings are not accepted as of now.
* Kids below 10 Year of age are not chargeable towards food.
* All meals & BBQ is served in buffet style, one on one staff services would would not be available.
* Service Staff will retire at 11.00 pm after laying buffet Dinner.
* It’s a Kids friendly farm, hence we use very very less chemical in Pool hence in case it rains, water may become green.
* In pool we have, dedicated pool filters and cleaning machines hence water hygiene & safe.
* Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
* Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement before check out
* If for any reason a heated Kids Swimming pool is required then it is charged extra INR-5000/- and 3 days prior confirmation from our side.
* For Corporates we have Fiber Wifi, Smart 70 inch TV with cromecast, free projector screen 6x8 , projector screen 8by10, Bose speaker, 2 wireless mic for presentation or karaoke and 2nd Drawing room can be setup for conference meeting.

* All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
* Booking on first payment first booked basis only, same date are quoted to multiple guest, as same time.
Home Rules and Truths
* All mobile networks work fairly well here.
* All-male groups are not allowed.
* Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
* Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
* In case of a power outage, there is 63 kva generator can support all ACs, plug points, and appliances for 9 hours.
* Guests are requested to stay cautious of bugs and insects provided the location of the property.
* There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
* Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
* We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
* Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
* Guests do not have access to the Farm kitchen.
Booking & Cancellation policy
- Cancellation before 14 calendar Days from Checkin Date = Full Refund .
- Cancellation 1 to 13 Days before checkin = Option to Reschedule on any day which is not Saturday.
- Cancellation On Check-in Day = No rescheduling & Total amount to be for forfeited
Management can also cancel the booking in any case of emergency circumstances and in that case management will refund the advance payment.
